12. How do you manage last-minute change to any event?
Taking an event to its successful end is quite dramatic. It involves a bag of mixed emotions; our planning accommodates changes or alteration seamlessly. However, we request you to communicate such changes at least 24 hours before the events.
13. What happens if an event gets canceled? What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Our Cancellation policy is dependent upon the event order status on Utsawam’ s sales portal.
If the Order status is Booked - 90% refund on total payment till date
Order status- Work in Progress - 60% Refund On total payment till date
Order status- 3 days for an event - 30% Refund on total payment till date
No Refund if the event gets canceled one day before the scheduled date
